Ok everyone. Listen to me :) The rumors are flying like bullets right now, and I want you to hear directly from my "mouth" what the truth is about the whole Terms of Use issue. The TOU at Digi Scrap Kits haven't changed, nor will they.

I began carrying artwork by Cheryl Seslar hesitantly, and as it turns out, maybe I should have listened to my gut on this, but her terms have not "changed" either. From the beginning, I stated on every one of her listings that you may SELL creations using her artwork (in LOCKED FORMAT) on ETSY, EBAY, or YOUR OWN WEBSITE. I have now added the clarification that you cannot SELL the creations anywhere except on the sites specifically stated...ETSY, EBAY, or YOUR OWN WEBSITE.

As for myself and the rest of the artists on my site, our terms have not changed for the products I have in the store. Alice Smith has informed me that everything she creates from January 22 or 23 forward will be under new terms which state that products created with her artwork may not be SHARED, but may be SOLD. Not to fear, every collection of Alice's that you've purchased from me is under the old set of rules. It's highly unlikely that I will offer any new graphics from either Cheryl or Alice. Not because I'm mad at them or don't like them, but because of the very confusion we're experiencing now.

It has been my intention since the birth of Digi Scrap Kits to offer artwork that the customer can USE in many, many ways without the necessity of purchasing a Commercial Use License. This is still my goal and will remain so.

That said, I would appreciate it if you, my customers, would graciously correct any falsehood that you may in encounter in the message boards and in groups. I've worked long and hard to build the reputation I have, and it would break my heart to unfairly get a bad name over a misunderstanding.
