BACK ORDERS:  Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise will notify you immediately in regards to any back orders.  You have your choice of cancelling the back order or your back order will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives.  If a back order must be shipped separately from your in stock items there will be no additional shipping cost to you my valued customer.

DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE:  In the event that Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise has discontinued merchandise, due to lack of availability from a supplier, I will notify you by email as soon as possible.  Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise will do our best to substitute your order with a product of higher or equil value if this occurs.  You have your choice of cancelling your order or purchasing the replacement product.

Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise offers the following Returns Policy:

Software and Embroidery Designs are not returnable unless they are defective.  If that is the case we will replace the software with a new one of the same program or design.  Any order that was custom cut, such as stabilizers, elastic, fabric etc. is subject to a $15.00 re-stocking fee.  Any product that come in a sealed package are returnable if the package has not been opened or dampered with in any way. 

All other items are covered with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with (30) days of your delivery date we will refund your money, exchange or issue credit, whichever you prefer.  Items must be new and in saleable condition.

Our prices are fair and competitive and our products are of the highest quality and value available.  However, Due to fluctuations in market conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice.  We will always attempt to inform you of any price changes when you place an order.  All merchantise will be shipped and invoiced at the lowest prevailing price.
