Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Please note that a $3.50 handling fee is included in you shipping cost. This fee helps to cover the cost of packing supplies and the service that I provide by bringing your parcels to the Canada Post Office.
There have been times when I've mailed a parcel and the cost to ship has been less than what my customer was charged. In that event, I give you change back via Paypal.
Q: What shipping services do you use?
A: We use Canada Post at the moment for shipping your orders. Canada Post has been the most cost effecient service. The cost to ship with Canada Post is at least half the cost of other courier services. This service is more time consuming for Not Just Threads, but it does save our customers a substantial amount of money in shipping cost. Well worth the extra effort.
Q: Do you ship International?
A: Yes...we will ship international orders, but before paying for your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
for a shipping quote.
The most cost efficient way to ship International orders is by Canada Post Surface. The draw back to this is that your order will take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for delivery verses Canada Post Air, which takes approximately 10 days for delivery.
Q:I'm a member of your Yahoo Group NotJustThreads and I'm trying to purchase one of the Group Specials, but my group price isn't showing in my shopping cart, why?
A: Group Members must contact Michele at email@example.com
to let me know that you are a group member and tell her what special you would like to person. Upon verification of your membership you will receive an invoice from Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise, which you can pay through Paypal, check, or money order.
The Group Specials are special prices set for group members only and will not reflect in your shopping cart.
Q: Do I have to be a member of your Yahoo Group to sign up for the Newsletter?
A: No, not at all, but there are benefits to becoming a group member.
Q: Is there a fee to join your group NotJustThreads?
A: No...the Yahoo Group "NotJustThreads" memberships are absolutely free.
Q: I don't see all the Admelody Thread colours listed for the Rayon or Polyester Thread in the 5500 yd. cone, why?
A: The most popular size in the Admelody Thread line is the 1100 yd. cone. We do carry some basic colours in the 5500 yd. cone. All of the colours in the Rayon & Polyester lines can be put in as a special order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and let us know what colours you would like to order in the 5500 yd. cone. We will be happy to include this colour in our next order to Admelody Threads. Please note that when an order is submitted to Admelody's Head Office that it takes anywhere from 4 -- 7 weeks to arrive.
Update: You will now find the Admelody Rayon and Polyester Threads (5500yd. cones) in our catalog. Listed in the drop down menu are the colours that are currently in stock.
Q: I want to order prewound bobbins, but I don't know what size my machine take. Where would I find this information.
A: In the articles category you will find an article named CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE BOBBIN FOR YOUR MACHINE There you will find a large list of machines and what size prewound bobbins that they take. If you can't find your machine on the list, please contact Michele at email@example.com and I will do my best to find out what size bobbin your machine takes.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Once I have received payment for your order it will be shipped within 48 hours. Occasionally, I will have to order a product in for you. If that is the case I will contact you by email or phone to let you know the status of your order.
